Greg Clark
Greg Clark is the founder of Hiberry Lane, a boutique advisory firm operating at the intersection of capital markets, creative media, and technology strategy. Based in Miami, he brings a rare combination of Wall Street rigor and creative instinct to every engagement.
Greg began his career in finance at Morgan Stanley, advancing through roles at Merrill Lynch, HSBC Securities, and Deutsche Bank, where he specialized in structured lending for private equity and infrastructure projects and earned Flagship Club Member status for outstanding performance.
As a founding partner of Stillwater Structured Finance, he sourced and closed hundreds of millions in equity and debt capital across renewable energy, healthcare, and large-scale construction.
“The most valuable advisor is one who has sat on both sides of the table — and a few tables you didn't know existed.”
Creative & Media
An award-winning photographer and producer, Greg has worked with Vogue, GQ, the New York Times, W Magazine, Ocean Drive, Delta Airlines, and Grey Goose, among others. He was named AIA Miami Photographer of the Year in 2012.
As founder of 5K Productions, he produced commercial and television projects for clients including BBC Sport, Verizon, Land Rover, and Warner Brothers, working with talent such as The Weeknd, John Cena, and J Balvin.
His photography has been exhibited at the Adrienne Arsht Center, Miami-Dade Public Library, and Lynn University. His community photography initiative, the Good Miami Project, has produced over 50,000 pro bono images for more than 60 Miami nonprofits.
Greg is also the founder of RiseWorks Media, a platform embedding fractional creative talent into mission-driven organizations to expand their visibility, funding, and influence.
Technology & Advisory
Today, Greg advises firms across energy, infrastructure, media, and technology on strategic growth, capital formation, and the deployment of intelligent systems. His work sits at the boundary of traditional advisory and emerging technology — helping organizations understand and implement AI-driven tools for real business outcomes.
He co-founded Denrgy, a renewable microgrid firm that developed distributed energy solutions for industrial, municipal, and tribal partners — including a partnership with the Miccosukee Tribe and recognition as a Climate Ready Tech Hub partner.
Greg currently serves as SVP of Sales at Engenuity Fiber, where he leads growth strategy for large-scale fiber optic network deployments serving tier 2 and tier 3 broadband markets across the United States.
